Our property management team will take care of managing any type of property you have. This includes houses, units and apartments. We screen all potential tenants prior to leasing any property. We have a zero policy on rent returns in arrears. We regularly perform inspections so that the tenant maintains the standard of the property set down in the terms of agreement.

Rental collection and property maintenance are all handled by our property managers. We provide our landlords with full tax accounting documents. All maintenance issues are not carried out without consent from the landlord. Unless, in urgent matters that require immediate attention as set out by the laws of Victoria.

Free Rental Appraisals
Typically market forces determine the weekly cost of renting a property. Our appraisers takes into account if the property is for a short term or long term lease. Other factors include location to schools, shops and public transport. We have a database of potential tenants that we can marry to almost any type of property in Wantirna South. Advertising Your Property for Rent
We explore all avenues in promoting the home for rent. These include real estate portals, social and print media and our own website. We arrange inspection times that suit both tenant and landlord. Once we narrow down our list we will contact you and talk through the list of candidates. Each week your property stays on the market costs approximately 2% of your annual rent return.

Rent Reviews and Renewals
We keep regular dialogue with landlords and tenants to ensure both parties are meeting their legal contracts. As the rental term nears its end we ask the landlord their future plans. We also ask the tenant if they are likely to stay on. New rental contracts are drawn and completed if both landlord and tenant are in agreement. We always abide by the Residential Tenancy Act that protects all relevant parties.
