Kerryn Schneider brings more than eight years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to her role as a Senior Property Manager at KR Peters.

Having been a resident in the area all her life, she has extensive local knowledge and many contacts at her disposal.

Kerryn’s strengths in communication, problem solving and efficient time management make her the ideal person to manage your investment property. Her clients overwhelmingly refer to her as a general all-round “people person”.

Kerryn has a comprehensive understanding of REIV legislation so she is perfectly placed to provide informed, accurate information regarding the rights and obligations of both Residential Rental Providers and Renters.

Kerryn relishes the varying challenges that come with the role of a Property Manager but says her most rewarding part is investing time into building strong relationships with her owners, ensuring that their investment property is well looked after whilst still navigating the best outcome for both Residential Rental Providers and Renters.

Prior to working in real estate Kerryn worked in hospitality for over 15 years, providing her with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

In her time away from work, Kerryn loves outdoor adventures and spending time with family and friends.
