Joining the KR Peters team in 2019, Kristina has worked in both property management and real estate sales for the past 5 years.
Discovering a passion for real estate early in life Kristina commenced her career working as a Personal Assistant before making the leap into sales. This gave her an excellent understanding of the entire real estate transaction process. Through her dealings in listing and selling investment properties, she discovered a real love and talent for Property Management.
Having honed her craft as an Assistant Property Manager, and possessing an excellent work ethic, determination, and a desire to constantly improve, Kristina was quickly elevated to Property Manager of her own portfolio.
Kristina manages KR Peters Officer’s Rental Department, and she aims to deliver a smooth process for both tenants and landlords alike.
Her duties include conducting routine inspections, managing property maintenance, renewing lease agreements, reviewing rental returns, processing rent increases, and end of tenancy inspections. She will also attend to any rental arrears and VCAT proceedings as required.
Kristina lives locally, and she and her partner are currently in the process of building their first home in Officer, thus giving her a great understanding of the building process.
Kristina is an approachable, professional, and diligent property manager who ensures that her landlords always receive the correct advice and exceptional service!
